Embarazo: muchas cosas inesperadas.../ Pregnancy: so unexpected things...

Translation (first, the words round the character in the middle says literally "SMELLY FART". Now top to bottom): Another thing I was not ready for... Luckily, it happened only at the end of pregnancy, was shortlived... 

Y no podéis negarlo! Los nueve meses de embarazo, aunque sea de esos embarazos buenísimos sin vómitos ni malestar general constante (y tuve la suerte de tener uno de éstos), es un período en el que te sientes como en un parque de atracciones, porque cada día te sorprende con algo nuevo, que a veces dura sólo ese día y a veces semanas, incluso meses. Unas sorpresas son agradables, y otras una pesadilla!!  

Ésta es la tercera viñeta que publico aquí en In addition to Carol. Cuando Teo llevaba en mi barriga unos seis meses, empecé a dibujar y escribir este cómic sobre el embarazo y las decenas de anécdotas que lo acompañan. La protagonista soy yo misma, y las anécdotas, las que yo viví. Pero curiosamente, tras mostrarlo a mis amigas, a mi prima (que ayer fue mamá: felicidades!!!) y otras mujeres de mi entorno, se reconocían a sí mismas en estos dibujos. Me di cuenta de que todas vivimos las mismas cosas, y no nos lo contamos! Cada miércoles, seguiré publicando una viñeta de mi cómic. Espero que os guste, y las que estéis embarazadas o pensando en estarlo, podéis tomarlo como un vistazo a una bola de cristal ;) Besos!

And you can not deny it! The nine months pregnant, even if you have one of those pregnancies really good with no vomiting or constant malaise (and you have to know I was lucky to have one of these), is a period when you feel as being at a theme park, because every day you are surprised with something new, sometimes lasting only that day and sometimes stays with you for weeks, even months. Some surprises are nice, and others are a nightmare!

This is the third drawing posted here at In addition to Carol. When Teo was in my belly about six months, I started drawing and writing this comics about pregnancy and the dozens of anecdotes that accompany it. The main character is myself, and anecdotes, the ones I lived. But curiously, after showing it to my friends, my cousin (who yesterday became a mom: Congrats sweetie!) and other women around me, they recognized themselves in these drawings. I realized that all of us live the same things, but we don't tell us each other! Every Wednesday, I will keep posting a drawing of my comic.
